You should contact TX directly as the admin suggested you to do. I have done this and got another strap for $8 at my door.

Hi John,
Your best bet is to contact TX directly. Go to their website and simple use the contact form telling them what you need. They will most likely get back to you.

Regardless of where the Weekly Calendar was made/designed, if TX intends to sell it to Americans, I think they ought to make another version with Sunday as the first day. It should be easy. The mechanism would be the same; it should just be a programming change. It seems like a huge oversight to me.

Hi Ricky,
I did see the TX 730 and 770 models at JCK, The layout is not my absolute favorite and I was just bombarded with watches they didn't get any camera time. the 770 series was pretty nice now that I think about it. If you like the look of the dial and layout, the watch is well put together. Take care.

Did you happen to handle the 730 or 770 seeing as that was the 2 models that had the most attention of the whole series? Was wondering what is your thoughts on that series?

As for the Weekly Calender the team that developed the quartz movement is located in Germany so it kind of makes sense that they follow the European calender.

Hi Russ,
Interesting point. Especially since TX is an American company. I wonder if some of the designers are outside the US, or this was designed as a "world" unit meant to appeal to many locations.

I'd like to see a version of the Perpetual Weekly Calendar where the first day of the week is Sunday, not Monday. That would be more like the calendar I'm used to looking at. I think European calendars have Monday as the first day of the week but not Americans.
