In time mode, the two small retrograde dials reflect the date (the watch has a perpetual calendar). So, for the picture in your review, the date is the 23rd. TAG now has this through out there watch line. I have the Caibre S movement in both the Link and Aquaracer. For those into sports or active life-styles, this is a great chronograph, without going digital or having a cluttered analog. Classic look with modern technology.
