Well, a couple weeks ago, I had lost the dang thing and was trying to find it for the longest time. It was one of those calculator watches. Turns out it had somehow fallen off my wrist just outside the house and when my girlfriend went for a bike ride just the other day, she ran over it and crushed it xD

I’m a big fan of the e-ink technology for ebook readers, and think it’s a revolutionary new thing. I never considered this would actually be great for watches too. Apart from the tecnology behind it, the watch is very cool in itself too. That, and the fact that I’ve always ogled cool digital watches since I was a little kid, I would love to win this watch.

I was a patent examiner about 8 years ago, and I examined patent applications in this area of technology. It is very exciting to see those patent applications turn into marketable products! My wife and I are huge fans of e-ink technology and love the look in our 1st generation Kindle. Watches seem like the perfect application for e-ink, especially when counting seconds is not a priority. That watch would easily be one of the most readable watches around.

this application of e-ink technology is second to none. The watch has a clean, modern look to it and is a great conversation piece. Also, the large easy to read dial makes it an option for those who may be getting on in age who still appreciate fine timepieces but cannot continue to use analog versions.

I don’t usually like digital watches but this one is an eye pleaser. Well designed with strikingly good looks and size. The watch makes a statement that most digital watches don’t even come close to attempting. In owning this watch, I think that I would wear more it more than some of mechanical watches just because of the looks it would get.

I really like the way it can allow for different changes to the back display. It is as good as having 2 to 3 watch designs from one watch. E-ink is the way of the future for all watch and other electronic devices. The Ana-Digi reminds me of the Tag Heuer with Digital display but this is one is way cooler

It is a very cool looking watch. Similar to the Ventura’s Bo Hansen line, but with a few improvements. The e-ink looks like it gives a more pleasing shape than LCD, being able to invert the coloring is neat, and the red edge on the strap is swank. Please choose me for the free watch!

I like this watch for my sweetheart. He loves red and the red on the band is so understated. I also like that it has a large display and there is no need to take out your cell (which is distracting) to check the time anymore. Your review of the E-Ink watch was very good. I wanted to know if one of the pushers would light-up the watch for viewing in darkness – and you answered the question: unfortunately, “no”. The Phosphor watch looks very nice. I have a Kindle and the technology is excellent. Greater water resistance would be a plus. But, it’s a cool watch that I would enjoy wearing. Thanks.

I would really like the digital hour clock. It’s just so much different than anything I have.
This watch would actually motivate me to wear a watch more often, I’ve gone from having about 3 watches I circulated between to a “I just check my cellphone” person, having some cool tech behind my watch would definitely help.

Still Cool enough to get right now, especially since it’s very affordable.
The Phosphor appears to have a distinct advantage to most “conventional” digitals with it’s high contrast and also having the choice of having background or digits being black or white. I would like to have the seconds show all the time though. But who knows, in the next version perhaps

The Phosphor is at once Cool and classy, yet so technologically advanced that it’s display can be simple and a pleasure to read, while looking elegant at the same time (sic!) You see it and think “Wow… now there’s a digital watch I’d love to own and wear all the time!” The attention to little details makes it to my eyes, simultaneously eye catching and reserved. I would not be surprised to see this watch displayed in a museum as an example of modern art expressed in technological innovation. While I am a lover of analog chronographs, which can get busy looking with multiple dials and distracting overdone skeletonized details, the Phosphor’s display is stunningly appealing. Bravo to Phosphor!
